The public website is suitable for an introduction and a high-level project outline. It is not a file-transfer service or a confidential development environment.
Safe information for a first message
A useful enquiry can describe the production stage, target milestone, likely workstream, timing range and the constraint your team wants to solve. You can usually explain the decision without attaching a build or revealing protected details.
Do not send through the website
Do not include passwords, access tokens, source code, private repositories, unreleased executables, personal player data, security reports with an active exploit, or assets covered by a third-party confidentiality obligation.
Project access
Repository access, build distribution, accounts, device controls, subcontractor access, incident handling and offboarding depend on the project. Those controls should be written into the onboarding plan and signed documents before access is granted. This public page does not claim a certification or a universal control set.
Confidential discussions
An enquiry does not create an NDA. If a conversation needs confidential material, agree the legal terms, named recipients and transfer channel first. Share the minimum material required for the current decision and remove access when that need ends.
Report a website security issue
Email support@kiotogaming.com with the subject “Security report” and a concise description of the affected URL or feature. Do not test against other users, retain personal data or disrupt the service. We will arrange a safer channel if the report needs sensitive proof.
