Responsible AI and Intellectual Property
This page describes the public website and editorial workflow. Rules for client production work belong in the relevant statement of work, security schedule and tool approval process.
Human responsibility
AI-assisted tools may help with research organisation, draft structure, language editing or illustrative images. A person remains responsible for the published claim, source, recommendation and final asset. Generated output is not treated as evidence.
Confidential project material
Do not submit confidential builds, source code, credentials, private roadmaps, player data or unreleased assets through the public website. Project material should not be entered into a general AI service unless the client has approved the tool, data handling and purpose in writing.
Rights and provenance
Public content should use original material, licensed assets or short attributed references that support analysis. Before an external asset enters production, the team should record its source, licence and any usage limits. A generated asset still needs review for recognizable brands, protected characters, accidental text and misleading context.
Synthetic editorial images
The studio and team photographs used in the editorial library are fictional, illustrative scenes. They do not depict a client project or verify the company’s address, staff, equipment or credits. Each article image includes an alt description and a caption that states its representative purpose.
Client-specific tool choices
Model provider, training-data terms, retention, region, access controls and output ownership can change. Those points must be assessed against the actual engagement before an AI-assisted tool is used on client work. A public policy cannot substitute for that review.

Write to support@kiotogaming.com if an asset appears to copy protected work, exposes personal information or creates a false impression about a project. Include the page URL and the specific material so it can be reviewed quickly.
